All donations made through our website are treated as voluntary contributions and are non-refundable.

Exceptional Cases:
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect amount entered by mistake

If you believe your case qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
